Your contact number (mobile number) is one of the most sensitive pieces of information on our Platform. We follow a strict policy regarding contact sharing:

MatchmakingPK requires users to access the platform using a modern, up-to-date web browser that supports current security standards. This policy is aligned with Google's security requirements and ensures that all data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected by the latest encryption protocols (TLS 1.2 or higher).

• Apple Safari (version 13 or later, standard mode only)
• Samsung Internet (version 12 or later)

Unsupported configurations: Internet Explorer (all versions), Safari Private Browsing mode, Firefox with Strict Enhanced Tracking Protection, and Brave with Aggressive Shields are not supported because they block the secure session cookies required for authentication. Using these configurations may prevent login and expose you to security risks.

We implement the following technical security measures on all responses: HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), Content Security Policy (CSP), X-Frame-Options (clickjacking protection), X-Content-Type-Options (MIME sniffing protection), Referrer-Policy, and Permissions-Policy. Session cookies are set with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite flags.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your profile from public view within 48 hours and permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for financial and legal compliance purposes. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
