Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription packages purchased on the MatchmakingPK platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1General Refund Policy

Subscription packages on MatchmakingPK are generally non-refundable once activated. Because our service provides immediate access to profile search, proposal sending, and contact sharing features upon activation, we are unable to offer refunds for used subscriptions.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds in the specific situations outlined below.

2Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

Payment Not Verified Within 7 Days

If you submitted a valid payment screenshot and your account was not activated within 7 business days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally made two payments for the same subscription period, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

Technical Platform Failure

If a verified technical failure on our part prevented you from accessing paid features for more than 14 consecutive days during your subscription period, a proportional refund may be issued.

Account Wrongly Suspended

If your account was suspended in error and the suspension was not reversed within 7 days of your appeal, a proportional refund for the unused subscription period will be issued.

3Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You did not find a suitable match during your subscription period.
  • Your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You changed your mind after the subscription was activated.
  • Your profile was rejected due to providing false or incomplete information.
  • The subscription period has already expired.
  • You submitted a fraudulent payment screenshot.

4How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Include your registered email address, mobile number, and the date of payment.

    Attach your original payment screenshot and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

    Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with a decision.

  5. 5

    If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
