Terms of Service

To use our Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• • You must be at least 18 years of age.
• • You must be legally eligible to marry under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
• • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• • You must not be currently married unless your marital status is "divorced" or "widowed" and you are legally free to remarry.
• • You must not have been previously banned or removed from our Platform.
• • You must use the Platform solely for the purpose of finding a life partner for yourself, not on behalf of others.

Registration on MatchmakingPK is free. However, access to core features such as profile search, sending proposals, and viewing contact details requires a paid subscription package.

When creating your profile, you agree to provide accurate information including your age, city, education, profession, and marital status. All profiles are subject to admin review and approval before becoming visible to other users. We reserve the right to reject any profile that violates our community standards.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To access full platform features, users must purchase a subscription package:

Payment is made via JazzCash to Account Number 03009423256 (Habib Ullah Khan). After payment, you must upload a screenshot of the payment receipt. Our admin team will manually verify the payment and activate your account within 24-48 hours.

Subscription packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated. The package expires exactly 6 months from the date of activation, after which access to paid features will be suspended until a new package is purchased.

Paid users may send proposals to other profiles. The recipient may accept or reject the proposal. Contact information (mobile numbers) is only shared between two users when a proposal is mutually accepted. Contact details remain strictly hidden in all other circumstances.

You agree not to misuse the proposal system by sending unsolicited or harassing proposals. Abuse of the proposal system may result in immediate account suspension.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• ✗ Creating fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles.
• ✗ Impersonating another person or entity.
• ✗ Uploading inappropriate, obscene, or offensive photos or content.
• ✗ Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• ✗ Soliciting money or financial assistance from other users.
• ✗ Using the Platform for commercial advertising or solicitation.
• ✗ Attempting to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access.
• ✗ Sharing another user's contact details without their consent.
• ✗ Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of our Platform.

You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account deletion, your profile will be removed from search results, but certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

MatchmakingPK provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match, that profiles are accurate, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

We strongly encourage all users to exercise caution when meeting someone in person for the first time and to follow our Safety Guidelines.
