MatchmakingPK is a sacred matrimonial platform designed to help individuals find their life partners in a respectful, Islamic, and culturally appropriate manner. Every member of our community is expected to uphold the following values:
Be truthful in your profile information, intentions, and communications.
Treat every member with dignity regardless of their background or decisions.
Engage with genuine matrimonial intent, not casual dating or friendship.
The following behaviors are encouraged and expected from all members of our community:
Providing accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information in your profile including age, education, profession, and marital status.
Uploading genuine, recent photographs that clearly show your face and represent your actual appearance.
Sending proposals only when you have genuine matrimonial interest in the other person's profile.
Responding to proposals respectfully, whether accepting or declining, within a reasonable timeframe.
Keeping all personal contact information confidential until a proposal is formally accepted through the platform.
Reporting suspicious, fake, or inappropriate profiles to help maintain community safety.
Communicating with matched users in a respectful, dignified, and culturally appropriate manner.
Updating your profile status promptly if you have found a match or are no longer seeking proposals.
Respecting the privacy of other members and not sharing their information outside the platform.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan and your country of residence.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
We take community safety seriously. Violations of these guidelines will result in appropriate action depending on the severity and frequency of the offense:
First-time minor violations will receive a formal warning with an explanation of the rule violated.
Repeated minor violations or a single serious violation will result in temporary account suspension (7–30 days).
Severe violations such as fraud, harassment, or fake profiles will result in permanent account termination with no refund.
If you encounter a profile or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. Your report helps protect the entire community.
Use the "Report" button on any profile page to submit a report directly through the platform. Our admin team reviews all reports within 24–48 hours.

All reports are kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose the identity of the person who filed a report to the reported user. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter.
Our moderation team reviews all reported content and makes decisions based on these guidelines. We strive to be fair and consistent in our enforcement. If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting us with the following information:
Appeals are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Our decision on appeals is final. We reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
